Slingshot Go Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Slingshot Engage handles information when people use Slingshot Go, the student mobile app and related web pages for assigned coaching, workouts, progress tracking, and results.
What we collect
- Account details. This can include an email address, organization or join-code context, and the account information needed to sign in and keep a session secure.
- Training activity. This can include assigned programs, exercise entries, set logs, progress, points, streaks, results, and related workout history saved in the app.
- Device and diagnostics data. This can include technical logs, crash details, and performance information used to keep the app stable and improve reliability.
- Support communications. If you contact us or the team supporting your rollout, we may keep the message and related details needed to respond.
How we use information
- Authenticate users and restore the correct student session.
- Deliver assigned workout programs, checkpoints, and results.
- Track progress, points, streaks, and other in-app performance summaries. This may include sharing your workout and training data and results with your coach, school, team, or other organization with which you are using this app.
- Maintain app security, prevent misuse, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Respond to support requests and communicate service updates when needed.
We do not sell personal data.
How information is shared
We share information only as needed to run the service. That can include hosting, authentication, infrastructure, analytics, and support vendors acting on our behalf. We may also share information when required by law or to protect the safety, rights, and security of users and the service.
Data retention and deletion
We keep information for as long as it is reasonably needed to operate the service, maintain training history, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the platform.
Users can start an account deletion request inside the app. Once a deletion request is received, account access may be locked while the request is processed. Some limited information may remain in backups or records that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or audit purposes.
Youth and school or organization use
Slingshot Go is built for invited student use with a coach, and inside a school, team, or organization-led training setup. Access is expected to be provisioned by an authorized adult, organization, or related program administrator. Where required, guardians, schools, and organizations are responsible for securing any needed permissions or consents before student use.

- Request a new sign-in code or sign out of the app.
- Review your in-app progress and results.
- Start an in-app account deletion request.
- Contact support with questions about access or data handling.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information in transit and at rest. No service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to monitor and improve our protections over time.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the app and service evolve. If we make material changes, we will post the updated version here and update the last-updated date above.
