Slingshot Go Terms of Service
These Terms explain the rules for using Slingshot Go, the student workout and coaching app operated by Slingshot Engage.
1. Using the service
By installing the app, signing in, or using the related service, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Health and safety notice
SLINGSHOT GO IS A TRAINING AND PROGRESS-TRACKING TOOL. IT IS NOT MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, TREATMENT, EMERGENCY CARE, OR A SUBSTITUTE FOR QUALIFIED PROFESSIONAL GUIDANCE. ALWAYS USE COMMON SENSE AND CONSULT AN APPROPRIATE PROFESSIONAL FOR HEALTH, MEDICAL, OR SAFETY CONCERNS.
BY USING THIS APP YOU AGREE THAT YOU ARE IN AN APPROPRIATE MEDICAL CONDITION TO UNDERTAKE WORKOUTS AND TRAINING. YOU AGREE TO STOP USING THIS APP IF INJURED OR ILL UNTIL YOU HAVE RECOVERED AND ARE IN AN APPROPRIATE MEDICAL CONDITION TO RESUME WORKOUTS AND TRAINING.
3. Eligibility and invited access
The app is intended for invited users in a coach, school, team, or organization-managed training setup. You agree to use accurate information, keep your sign-in method secure, and use only the access that was assigned to you.
4. Accounts and sign-in codes
You are responsible for activity tied to your account session, device, and sign-in code. You may not share access in a way that bypasses the intended training setup or lets someone else impersonate you.
5. Acceptable use
This app is intended to assist you, the user, with workout training and progress tracking.
- Do not use the app for unlawful, abusive, or harmful conduct. Any type of bullying, cruel, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
- Do not interfere with service security, integrity, or availability.
- Do not attempt to access another user's data or training history without authorization.
- Do not misuse the app, its content, or its underlying software. This includes any use of the app that is not specifically related to workout tracking and coaching.
6. Training data and content
You keep any rights you have in the information you add, such as workout entries or related notes. You give us a limited right to host, process, display, and use that information as needed to run the service, protect the platform, maintain backups, and improve app functionality.
7. Purchases and paid services
The current student mobile app does not require in-app purchases for core use. If any paid service, subscription, or organization-level billing applies, that will be described separately through the related website, organization agreement, or future service terms.
8. Intellectual property
The service, software, branding, design, and related materials are owned by Slingshot Engage or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reverse-engineer the service except as allowed by law.
9. Suspension, deletion, and termination
We may suspend or limit access if needed to protect the service, comply with law, respond to misuse, or honor an organization-managed access change. You may stop using the service at any time. You may also start an in-app account deletion request.
10. Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service changes. When we do, we will update the last-updated date on this page and post the revised Terms here.
